It is a good idea to remove access to client returns that you no longer need, for security and privacy purposes. See the following step-by-step instructions on how to delete a client's return from your Active Clients list once you no longer require access:
- On the Client Management dashboard, scroll down to your list of Active Clients and locate the client's account for which you would like to remove access. You can search for the client in the provided search bar if needed.
- Select the More button to the right of the desired client.
- Select Remove Client to remove the client's account.
Click Confirm to remove the client's account from your client list.
If access to a previously removed client return is ever needed, simply add the client as you did the first time. Once the client adds your Tax Pro Code to their Settings menu, your access will be restored!
