If you have intentionally disconnected Ledgible from your QuickBooks Online instance via the QuickBooks Online 'My Apps' menu, or have had Ledgible disconnected for another reason such as a temporary authentication failure, you can easily reconnect Ledgible to keep your cryptocurrency activity flowing over to QuickBooks Online.
1. Simply log in to Ledgible and select the 'Integrations' tab at the top of the page:
2. On the Integrations tab, click 'Reconnect'
3. Enter your QuickBooks Online account log-in credentials, then click the blue 'Sign In' button to authenticate.
Note: This should be the same log-in information that you use to access any Intuit product associated with your business.
4. Click the green 'Connect' button to authorize Ledgible to view and update your QuickBooks Online data.
After authentication, you will be returned to the QuickBooks Online integration settings page in Ledgible. Note that the account mappings and other integration settings previously in place will persist, though these can always be modified via the QuickBooks Online integration settings page in Ledgible.
